Motorola R5

The Motorola R5 has been designed to withstand the knocks and drops of the workplace, so it will work as well in the future as it does today.  The R5 is available in 2 different models:

• Display with semi-keypad
• Non-Display

The display model includes 5 programmable buttons (up from 3 on the non-display version) along with a monochrome screen which can display Caller ID, Channel selection and text messages.

The R5 has been positioned as a step up from the highly successful Motorola R2, with a better IP rating, slightly bigger battery capacity and semi keypad option to provide more flexibility with your communication preferences.  The Display model is ideal for Supervisors who need to see what channels are being used and can make one-to-one calls to an individual radio.  They can also receive safety alert messages (such as lone worker, panic or man down).
